Jones Day advised Blue Point Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition and related financing of AWP, Inc. d/b/a Area Wide Protective, the largest traffic control operation in the United States, and the assets of LNA Auto Service Inc., a provider of automotive services. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility.
