Jones Day advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. in connection with the €434 million (US$590 million) project financing for the construction and development of 11 wind parks with a total generating capacity of 295.6 MW located in the autonomous communities of Castilla León, Castilla La Mancha, Galicia, Asturias and Murcia, Spain.
