Kristin Simonet represents businesses in a variety of employment litigation and counseling matters. She handles employment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and a number of other federal, state, and local statutes.

Kristin's experience also includes defending employers in investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and other state agencies. She regularly counsels clients regarding all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment and separation agreements, labor disputes, restrictive covenants, and human resources policies and practices. Kristin also advises clients on employment aspects of corporate transactions.
