Katherine Slivensky focuses her practice on advising public companies and private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate governance matters. Her practice includes domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as corporate restructurings. She also represents institutional investors in connection with primary and secondary investments.
Prior to attending law school, Katherine worked as a policy analyst at a Department of Energy nuclear physics laboratory and later joined the compliance team of a Fortune 500 financial services firm, where she focused on regulatory strategy and organizational risk management.
