Evelyn Ni focuses her practice on disputes resolution, internal investigations, anti-bribery law compliance, and data security.
Evelyn assists multinational companies with internal investigations for potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in China. She also advises clients on cross-border data transfers, privacy compliance, and data protection measures.
Additionally, Evelyn has experience in cross-border M&A transactions and foreign investments.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Evelyn served an internship at a U.S. law firm and an externship in U.S. federal district court in Columbus, Ohio.
