Alex Macpherson practices commercial litigation, with particular experience in complex civil fraud and asset tracing, injunctive relief, and internal investigations.

Alex's recent experience includes acting for a listed company in relation to a significant multijurisdictional fraud, advising a leading pharmaceutical company in connection with an internal investigation, and acting for a high net worth individual (HNWI) in High Court fraud proceedings.

Prior to joining Jones Day's London Office, Alex spent time in the Firm's Dubai Office where he worked on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, international arbitrations, and a case before the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) courts. Alex has also served a secondment with a multinational software corporation.
