Susan Kessler represents financial institutions and other entities as a litigator in federal and state courts, focusing on complex commercial and civil liability disputes. Her experience includes fact and witness preparation, depositions, motions practice, and appellate briefing.
Susan is currently involved in defending an international banking and financial services company in connection with disputes arising out of residential mortgage-backed securities, including RMBS trustee litigation, repurchase claims, and other RMBS contractual disputes. She is also a part of a Jones Day team representing a Fortune 500 technology company in breach of contract claims.
