Michelle Della Guardia defends companies in product liability lawsuits and complex civil litigation. She has been a member of more than 10 jury trial teams and has practiced in state and federal courts around the country and in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Michelle has trial experience examining witnesses and arguing evidentiary and procedural issues before the court. She also has experience in pretrial discovery and strategy development, including taking and defending depositions and preparing expert witnesses. Michelle is currently involved in Jones Day's national defense of smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.
