Jones Day advised Hansteen Holdings PLC in connection with a voluntary recommended cash offer of £25,228,560 (US$31.3 million) for the entire issued share capital of Industrial Multi Property Trust PLC, an Isle of Man close-ended property investment company admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
