Jones Day represented Lam Research Corporation, a leading supplier of wafer fabrication equipment and services to the worldwide semiconductor industry, in connection with its public offering of $500 million of 2.750% Senior Notes due 2020 and $500 million of 3.800% Senior Notes due 2025 through underwriters led by joint book-running managers J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated.
