Zepp Health defends against patent infringement claims brought by Oura before ITC and EDTX

Client(s) Zepp Health Corporation

Jones Day is defending Zepp Health Corporation ("Zepp Health"), a smart wearable and health technology leader, in an International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 investigation and a parallel Eastern District of Texas court case involving smart ring technology against Ouraring Inc. ("Oura"). Oura is asserting four patents at the ITC and eight patents in EDTX against Zepp Health. The ITC trial is scheduled for July 2026.
