Jones Day is representing Parker Hannifin Corporation and its co-respondents at the International Trade Commission (ITC) in a Section 337 patent infringement case brought by complainant Modumetal, Inc. The technology at issue involves multilayer, corrosion-resistant nanolaminate coatings for metal components. The evidentiary hearing was held September 4-10, 2025. The parties are awaiting the initial determination.
