CFM and Argos Partners appointed to manage shariah-compliant climate infrastructure fund for KWAP

Jones Day advised Climate Fund Managers B.V. in the formation of a joint venture with Argos Partners Pte. Ltd. whereby the newly-incorporated joint venture has been appointed by Malaysia’s largest public sector pension fund, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan), to manage a shariah-compliant infrastructure fund under its Dana Pemacu initiative.
