Jones Day advised Eldridge Industries, LLC, as administrative agent and lead arranger, on a senior secured term loan credit facility provided to Digital Currency Group, Inc. (“DCG”). DCG is a global investment company that has invested in more than 200 blockchain companies and is the parent company of several subsidiaries that have emerged as digital asset leaders. Eldridge invests in businesses in the insurance, asset management, technology, mobility, sports & gaming, media & music, real estate, and consumer sectors.
