Jones Day advised Invenergy Renewables Global LLC in the sale of 90.1% of its indirect equity interests in the Prairie Breeze II and Prairie Breeze III wind projects, with a combined capacity of 109 MW, located in Antelope and Boone Counties, Nebraska, to a subsidiary of Excelsior Energy Capital.
