DTE Energy enters into energy services agreement with Wayne County for utility plant serving Wayne County's to-be-constructed criminal justice center

Jones Day advised DTE Energy in connection with the negotiation of an energy services agreement with Wayne County for a central utility plant serving Wayne County's to-be-constructed criminal justice center. Under the energy services agreement, DTE Energy Services, Inc. will construct certain improvements to the central utility plant and will then lease, operate and maintain them for 20 years. In addition, Jones Day assisted DTE Energy Services, Inc. in negotiating a coordination agreement with Wayne County and Rock Development Services, LLC to address issues of coordination and logistics while Rock Development Services, LLC constructed the larger Wayne County Criminal Justice Center
