Amvest acquires 1,352 high-quality homes for Amvest Residential Core Fund

Jones Day advised Amvest Residential Core Fund in its acquisition of 1,352 high-quality homes, spread over a number of economically strong regions. In exchange for the portfolio, the five Dutch pension funds behind the Utrechtse Fondsen Vastgoed CV receive participations in the Amvest Residential Core Fund.
