Jones Day advised majority investor sellers (Alven Capital, Index Ventures, Via-ID, and Bpifrance) of Drivy, peer-to-peer car-sharing leader in Europe, in connection with its sale to Getaround for $300 million.

Paris-based Drivy is the largest and fastest-growing car-sharing platform in Europe. Following this acquisition, Getaround now has a presence in 300 cities in the U.S. and Europe, making it the world's leading car-sharing marketplace with more than five million users.
