Riverside invests in Destiny Solutions

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its investment in and related financing of Destiny Solutions, a provider of SaaS-based student lifecycle management software used by higher education institutions to manage continuing education and non-degree programs for “new traditional” students who do not fit the traditional definition of a young adult pursuing a full-time degree program. The financing consisted of a term loan and delayed draw term loan option.
