Experian resolves class action FCRA lawsuit

Jones Day client Experian Information Solutions, Inc. resolved a class action lawsuit brought by a plaintiff alleging that Experian violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by inaccurately reporting outstanding civil judgments when those judgments had been satisfied.
