Jones Day advised Western Refining Company, L.P. ("WRC"), a subsidiary of Andeavor (NYSE: ANDV), in connection with the acquisition of asphalt terminals from subsidiaries of Delek US Holdings, Inc. for a total consideration of $75 million, plus working capital. The assets include four wholly-owned asphalt terminals in Elk Grove, CA; Bakersfield, CA; Mojave, CA; and Phoenix, AZ; as well as a 50 percent interest in the Paramount Nevada Asphalt Company joint venture terminal in Fernley, NV.
