comScore achieves successful settlement agreement with Starboard Value LP

Jones Day advised comScore, Inc. in its successful settlement agreement with activist shareholder Starboard Value LP. Starboard, a 4.8 percent stockholder, launched its public push for changes at comScore in July, filing a lawsuit in Delaware to compel an annual meeting of stockholders for the Company.
