Jones Day advised iQ Student Accommodation, a joint venture between Goldman Sachs and The Wellcome Trust, in the £305 million (US$388 million) refinancing of the Westbourne student housing portfolio. The senior financing was arranged by Morgan Stanley Bank N.A.
