Hansteen Holdings completes £580 million tender offer

Jones Day advised Hansteen Holdings PLC in connection with the Company's share buy-back by way of tender offer at 140p per share comprising a distribution to shareholders of approximately £580 million (US$778 million), being a substantial proportion of the net cash proceeds from its €1.28 billion sale of its German and Dutch property portfolio which was completed in June 2017.
