Riverside acquires Comprehensive Loss Management

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the add-on acquisition and related financing to the Health & Safety Institute platform of Comprehensive Loss Management, Inc., a provider of safety and compliance-related courses to a diverse customer base. The financing consisted of an amendment to the existing credit facility, including an increase in the term loan.
