Jones Day advised TII Holding Company, Inc. in its sale of a minority interest in Tradesmen International, LLC, a leading agency-based provider of outsourced skilled craftsmen to non-residential construction and industrial contractors in North America, to Blackstone, as part of Blackstone's acquisition of 100 percent of Tradesmen International, LLC.
