Jones Day represented a man who has been held in solitary confinement by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections since 1979 in spite of having no major disciplinary infractions in over 25 years. Following a two-day hearing, our client was granted a preliminary injunction paving the way for his release from solitary confinement.
