Jones Day advised The British Land Company PLC with its sale of the flagship Debenhams store in Manchester, Clifton Moor Shopping Centre in York and Westgate Retail Park in Wakefield to BMO Real Estate Partners for £191 million (US$238 million). The deal was structured via the sale of their respective corporate holding vehicles.
