Jones Day represented AREVA in the sale of its subsidiary, Canberra, a leading provider of innovative and cost-effective nuclear instrumentation solutions, to Mirion-Charterhouse. This sale is part of AREVA's transformation plan to refocus its business on core nuclear processes.

Mirion is an industrial company specialized in radiation protection equipment, radiation detection and monitoring systems, and dosimetry services. Charterhouse is a leading independent private equity house operating in Europe.
