Amdocs acquires Comverse BSS assets for $272 million

Jones Day acted as European counsel to Amdocs, the leading provider of customer experience solutions, in the acquisition of a substantial majority of Comverse's business support systems (BSS) business unit assets, including its converged, prepaid, postpaid, and Kenan billing assets, for approximately $272 million in cash.
