Riverside invests in Censis Technologies

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its investment in and related financing of Censis Technologies, Inc., an SaaS-based surgical instrument tracking and workflow solutions provider for sterile processing departments (SPDs) of hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. The financing consisted of term loans, a revolving credit facility, and the issuance of senior subordinated notes.
