Client(s) PMFG, Inc.

Jones Day represented PMFG, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMFG) in its $150 million acquisition by CECO Environmental Corp. (NASDAQ: CECE). Holders of PMFG common stock received $6.85 per share, payable 45 percent in cash and 55 percent in shares of CECO common stock, subject to proration.
