Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition, recapitalization, and related financing of Baby Jogger, LLC, a leading designer and marketer of branded infant and juvenile products focused on baby strollers, bicycle trailers, and related accessories. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit, a swing line facility, and a term loan facility; and mezzanine financing through the sale of Senior Subordinated Notes.
