Riverside acquires BrandMuscle

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition at related financing of BrandMuscle, Inc., a Cleveland-based provider of distributed marketing technology, joining Riverside's existing Centiv Services platform. The financing consisted of an amendment to an existing credit agreement and new sub-debt in connection with the facility.
