Jones Day advised the joint sponsors, Haitong International Capital Limited and Guotai Junan Capital Limited, and the underwriters, in connection with the initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing of Shenzhen LDRobot Co., Ltd.("LDROBOT"; stock code: 1236) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 11, 2026, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$806.8 million. The Hong Kong public offering was over-subscribed by more than 6,700 times, placing it among the most over-subscribed IPOs in Hong Kong this year.

LDROBOT is the world’s largest intelligent robotics company focusing on visual perception technology in terms of relevant revenue in 2024. It possesses capabilities from underlying technology research and development to advanced application implementation. LDROBOT offers a wide range of intelligent robot light detection and ranging products, including sensors, algorithm modules and robot lawn mowers.
