Jones Day provided legal advice to CaixaBank, S.A. in connection with a senior secured mortgage loan financing provided to Firmlandmont, S.L. and Ausias 26, S.A., which is controlled by BauMont Real Estate Capital, M&G, and Velora Capital, to be applied to finance general corporate needs (including finance costs), a capital reduction and intragroup debt repayment and to partially finance refurbishment costs and the initial funding of the debt service reserve account.
