Greystar acquires Spanish student housing portfolio

Client(s) Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC

Jones Day advised Greystar Real Estate Partners in the acquisition of a Spanish student housing portfolio from Straco Real Estate.

The assets, located in Salamanca and Valencia, comprise 1,600 beds and will operate under Greystar's pan-European PBSA brand Canvas. The brand now has a presence in seven countries with 37 assets, totalling over 14,000 beds.
