Greystar signs low carbon heat supply agreement for its landmark development in Bermondsey

Client(s) Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC

Jones Day advised Greystar in relation to the low carbon heat supply to their landmark development in Bermondsey through the creation of a new district heating network from the 35MW South East London Combined Heat and Power (SELCHP) facility. The aim is to save an estimated 1,524 tonnes of CO2 emissions a year compared to natural gas derived heat supplies.
