Jones Day advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. in connection with the €116.25 million (US $146 million) bridge financing for the construction of three thermosolar plants with a total generating capacity of 150 MW located in Palma del Rio (Cordoba) and Majadas (Caceres), Spain.
