Nichola Foley joins Jones Day's London Office as partner in Financial Markets Practice

Nichola Foley has joined Jones Day as a partner in its Financial Markets Practice. She is based in the Firm's London Office.

 

Ms. Foley advises clients on a wide range of international banking and finance matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance and trade and asset finance, with particular experience in NAV facilities, subscription facilities, hybrid facilities and other fund financing transactions across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Ms. Foley represents sponsors and their portfolio companies, borrowers and large corporations, and also frequently advises senior and mezzanine lenders including large banks, non-bank direct lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds, institutional investors, corporate trustees and financial institutions.

Ms. Foley earned her law degree and undergraduate degree from University College Cork. She is dual-qualified in England and Wales as well as Ireland, and she was recognized by Financial News as one of the "Rising Stars of Legal Services."
