OLB places €595 million RMBS transaction

Jones Day represented Oldenburgische Landesbank AG, a German, ECB-supervised credit institution with assets of over €30 billion, successfully placing its €595 million residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transaction backed by German residential mortgages with external investors. This is the first RMBS transaction backed by German private residential mortgage loans placed with external investors in more than a decade.
