ING Capital provides $16.5 million credit facility to Go Italia I

Jones Day represented ING Capital LLC in connection with the implementation of a new $16.5 million credit facility into an existing credit agreement. The agreement is between Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited and ING Bank N.V., Milan branch, as lenders, and the Italian closed-end real estate investment fund reserved to qualified investors "Go Italia I", as borrower, managed by Dea Capital Real Estate S.G.R. S.p.A. (Project Sophia).
