Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Pro-Vigil, Inc., a provider of remote video surveillance and monitoring services for large outdoor properties, and certain other related companies. The financing consisted of a term loan and a revolving facility.
