Jones Day provided advice to ING Real Estate Finance S.E. EFC S.A. in connection with the €32 million (US$45.7 million) mortgage loan to Hausinvest, a German open ended fund. The loan is secured by an office building located in Sesto San Giovanni in the Milan area.
