王智平律师的执业范围包括复杂争议解决、反垄断，地域涉及中国、美国和全球各地。王律师现任众达律师事务所中国反垄断法律服务部负责人，对于中国和美国反垄断法律事务具有广泛和渊博的专业知识，曾经办了美国和中国政府对多起拟议中重大并购项目的反垄断调查，包括Baxter收购Gambro、美国Gavilon被日本丸红株式会社收购， Goodrich被UTC收购，德州仪器收购美国国家半导体公司，美国通用汽车公司收购Delphi、阿尔卡特与朗讯的合并、美国在线与时代华纳的合并，以及宝洁公司收购Clairol等项目。王律师还曾经办过许多非兼并项目的调查和反垄断诉讼案件。
王律师曾在复杂商事争议、专利、商业秘密和其他技术和知识产权案件中为国内外的客户提供法律咨询与代理服务。就一家主要电讯公司在中国进行的几宗专利侵权案中，王律师曾牵头为该主要电讯公司提供辩护服务。王律师经常经办美国《反海外腐败法》调查案件，就相关的合规和尽职调查事宜向客户提供法律咨询。他亦曾在美国诉讼案中为中国客户、美国客户和其他客户提供法律服务，包括：First American诉Zayed案（RICO以及相关刑事、民事及监管调查和诉讼）；Hong Yi Construction诉Thomson Consumer Electronics案（RICO及合同诉讼）；Sinochem International诉MISC（就不便于审理法院问题向美国最高院提起的诉讼），以及AlliedSignal诉BFGoodrich案（对拟行收购的反垄断质询）。
王律师在执业过程中一直积极参与了众达的法律援助项目，包括为Whitman-Walker Clinic、Appleseed和 the DC Bar Free Legal Advice & Referral Clinic等机构提供大量法律援助服务（众达为此获得了华盛顿特区律师法律援助奖）并代理了多项诉讼事务，包括Native Village of Curyung诉阿拉斯加州（阿拉斯加法律服务为此向众达授予了荣誉证书）。
