Hannah Prideaux's practice is focused on private M&A and private equity. She advises on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations, and has experience working with clients in the real estate, private equity, student accommodation, and technology sectors.

Hannah's recent experience includes advising Koch subsidiary TNS on their acquisition of the BT Radianz business, advising Madison International Realty on their acquisition of a 24.5% stake in Puma Property Finance, and advising Travelodge on their acquisition of 66 Travelodge-branded hotels from LXi REIT.
