Justin Farra leads transactions ranging from angel funding to global M&A deals. His practice focuses on the representation of public companies, private companies, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, investment firms, and privately held entities in domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings, leveraged buyouts, and other strategic transactions. He also counsels clients on fund formation matters, general corporate governance, and general business law matters.
