Jones Day represented Aberdeen Infrastructure (HoldCo) B.V. in connection with the refinancing of bank and hedging debt of Concesionaria de Prisiones Figueras, S.A.U., which operates a correctional facility under a public–private partnership (PPP scheme), in the amount of €71.6 million plus interest rate hedges.
