Dialight defeats patent claims brought by Gestion Proche

Jones Day obtained a complete victory for Dialight Corporation ("Dialight") in a patent action brought by Gestion Proche, Inc. relating to LED devices. Dialight is a UK-based electronics company specializing in LED lighting for industrial and commercial locations. The patent-at-issue is U.S. Patent No. 7,557,524. Shortly after claim construction, the plaintiff dismissed all claims.
