Yiqing Yin advises issuers and financial institutions on a broad range of complex cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the United States, securities offerings, and global financing transactions.

Yiqing has experience acting as issuer's counsel and as underwriters' counsel, including with respect to issuer disclosure obligations imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and ESG-related (environmental, social, and governance) matters. Drawing on her experience in France, China, and the United States, she works closely with European, American, and Asian companies and financial institutions, both listed and unlisted, to support them in their strategic cross-border transactions. Yiqing is qualified in New York and Paris and passed the Chinese judicial examination.
